Lower eyelid cosmetic surgery is relatively more complicated when it is compared to upper eyelid surgery because of its variable deformities and close relationship with middle face volume and characteristics. This surgery can be performed under local anestesia to general anestesia according to which structures will be addressed. It is possible to remove excess skin by lifting lower eyelids while removing fatbags. In some patients a groove between cheek and lower eyelid evident.
